This role emphasizes short-term, solution-focused interactions, primarily through in-person counseling within local communities. Ideal providers will help individuals navigate various problems, enhancing workplace mental health. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ethical, client-centered EAP counseling
- Conduct intake assessments and deliver counseling sessions
- Assist clients facing workplace stress and relationship issues
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
- Collaborate with ComPsych’s intake and referral processes Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience post-masters
- Valid professional accreditation or registration
- Coverage by qualified liability insurance, as needed
