This role is ideal for an HR qualified who enjoys partnering with leaders, resolving complex employee matters, leveraging HR systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.As a key member of the HR team, you will provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs while ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary HR Advisory contact for assigned client groupsProvide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee-related mattersManage and resolve Tier 2 HR inquiries and cases through established case management systemsSupport leaders, employees, and HR partners with timely and accurate HR adviceMaintain HR documentation, including policies, process guides, FAQs, and templatesUtilize HR systems such as Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow to manage employee lifecycle transactionsEnsure data accuracy, confidentiality,
