Elevate mental health care as an Early Psychosis Intervention Clinician with Fraser Health in British Columbia. This role involves providing comprehensive assessment and therapy in a supportive setting.
You will serve as a primary therapist and case manager within a multi-disciplinary team at Fraser Health. Your focus will be on diagnosing clients and conducting individual, group, and family therapy based on evidence-based practices. Engage in assertive outreach and community liaison work, offering resources to clients in need of mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide diagnostic assessments and formulate treatment plans • Facilitate client access to community services and support programs • Create linkages between community and acute care facilities • Assess client placements in residential care homes • Maintain detailed client records and progress reports
Requirements: • Master's Degree in Clinical Counselling • One year of recent psychiatric experience • Registration eligibility with a professional association • Valid B.C. Driver's license • Demonstrated psychotherapy skills and understanding of early psychosis
