Position Overview
Associate Optometrist – part-time position at LensCrafters Store # . Requisition ID: .

Key Responsibilities
- Ensures executional excellence and winning results in partnership with the store manager and team.
- Demonstrates commitment to exceed results through KPI management and high accountability.
- Ensures the brand is known as the leading optical provider within the community.
- Operates as a stakeholder to all leaders within the organization and local market.
- Places the patient/customer first and delivers excellent service.
- Strives to exceed expectations on all KPIs.
- Provides patient service, including addressing visual lifestyle needs, recommending eyewear, explaining eye‑exam steps, using tools and visual aids, communicating the need for annual exams, and ensuring appointments are scheduled.
- Conducts all services in accordance with protocol and accepted standards of care.
- Ensures accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
- Establishes positive doctor–patient relationships.
- Utilizes technology to deliver outstanding patient/customer experiences.
- Maintains office systems, state licensure, and continuing education requirements.
- Provides training and guidance to team members using company programs.
- Delivers clear, inspiring,
and constructive feedback in a timely manner.
- Creates a positive culture that aligns with corporate values and motivates each individual.
- Encourages associate decision making at the level closest to the patient.
- Maximizes partnerships through leadership, participation, and involvement.
- Takes pride in the appearance of the office.
- Maintains a safe working workplace for all associates and patients.
- Leads by example.
Basic Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (DO).
- Commitment to quality patient care.
- Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Problem‑solving ability.
- Solid organizational skills.
