Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee talent reviews and succession planning cycles
• Coordinate with business leaders on capability needs

• Lead execution of talent planning programs and reporting
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of experience in HR or talent management
• Preferred education in Human Resources or similar
• Background in enterprise succession planning processes
• Proficient in talent analytics and data interpretation
• Solid project management and facilitation skills
