Hatchery Technician

Applicants with aquaculture experience and/or relevant post secondary education will be given preference as we are a company that embraces constant learning and industry professionalism.The ability to get along with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds and cultures is paramount.We are looking for employees who are safety-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Feeding and all other care required for fish from eggto smolt stages
- Accurate reporting, record keeping and document management
- Conducting daily water quality and equipment checks
- Monitoring fish behaviour, appearance and overall health
- Safely operate mobile and site equipment as authorized and upon completion of required training
- Cleaning,



power-washing and sanitizing to maintain a pristine environment for our fish and our employees
