AgeCare Shawnee is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a temporary part time position in Calgary, Alberta. Contribute to resident safety and healthcare excellence as part of our dedicated team.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to meet residents' healthcare needs while promoting individual uniqueness and safety. Duties include coordinating nursing services, documenting changes in resident conditions, and processing physician orders efficiently. Upholding AgeCare's guiding principles, you will foster a culture of respect and trust among residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate services for optimal resident care • Lead shift reports to ensure team communication • Record residents’ significant health changes • Implement physician orders promptly and correctly • Report any issues to the Director of Care

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing mandatory • Valid registration with provincial nursing authority • Experience in geriatric or long-term care • Understanding of applicable health regulations • Commitment to delivering respectful care
