We're looking for a licensed optician who has a passion for the sales and product side of the work as much as the technical one. Someone who can sell a frames story and why the lenses fit a client’s lifestyle.

This role is for someone who thrives on the sales floor, enjoys working with customers, and wants to grow into a leadership role

What you'll do

- Sell specialty eyewear with knowledge and personality, telling the story for why a piece matters, where it comes from, what makes it different from anything else in the city
- Build long-term relationships with our customer base and build them a collection over time
- Work alongside our existing Optician on the technical side, accurate measurements, fittings, adjustments, dispensing, and quality follow-through




- Represent frankly, at trunk shows and brand activations
- Maintain the showroom and back-of-house to the standards the brand demands

What we're looking for

- Licensed Optician (preferred). For the right person with long-term specialty optical experience, the license is not a hard requirement
- A real passion for independent, unique eyewear, and an understanding of why specialty product differs from other commercial brands
- A sales personality combined with energy, fashion sense, comfort on the floor with a diverse customer base
- Interest in growing into a store leadership role and, eventually, broader opportunities across our group of companies
- Comfortable working weekdays and weekends
