This role requires strong clinical knowledge and involves care assessments, planning, and documentation. Collaborate with an inter-professional team to facilitate resident care and education effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete clinical assessments and manage care plans
- Administer medications and document care accurately
- Coordinate care assignments for nursing teams
- Teach and direct unregulated care providers
- Respond to medical emergencies and significant resident changes Requirements:
- Current LPN registration in your province
- Experience in gerontology or long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
