By completing your SPE with Interior Health, you will have access to: Assurance that as a returning nurse you will receive the adequate supervision and mentorship to meet your professional development goals in a culturally sensitive and supportive environment Casual employment that will automatically continue beyond successful completion of SPE hours and offer access to other internal vacancies at that time The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Performs assessments and plans, implements and provides personal and nursing care to patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team; the scope or extent of the skills that the LPN performs varies according to the predictability of the outcome for a given client population Administers oral,
