Hawthorne Seniors Care Community is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a casual basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a complex care environment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality resident care.

What You'll Do:
- Provide nursing care including medications, assessments, and wound care
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and physicians
- Support care planning, admissions and resident transitions
- Promote resident dignity, independence and quality of life
What You Bring:
- Diploma from a recognized Licensed Practical Nurse program & registration with BCCNM.
- Current First Aid/CPR, Violence Prevention, and WHMIS certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, resident focused approach
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic care environment
Schedule: This is a casual position with the potential to work up to full-time hours, depending on availability and operational needs. Availability for both day and evening shifts will provide the greatest opportunity for hours.
