The Opportunity
As part of our emergency response team, you will provide critical staffing support across various senior care Type A and Type B sites within Edmonton and the surrounding areas. This role is designed for nursing professionals who enjoy variety and the challenge of supporting high-standard facilities during critical times.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and evaluate protected, high-quality care plans in strict accordance with provincial policies and clinical guidelines.
- Utilize advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex clinical scenarios.
- Monitor and respond effectively to subtle or acute changes in patient status, ensuring timely intervention.
- Prioritize conflicting demands with composure and clinical precision in fast-paced facility settings.
