Honest Electric is a residential only electrical company based in Fredericton. We were built on a simple idea: bring genuine customer care back to the trades. What we're looking for:

A licensed Red Seal electrician who is confident working independently in residential homes across the Fredericton area. Our homes here have their own quirks, older housing stock, additions, renovations layered over decades, and knowing how to read that on the fly matters more than almost anything else. We need someone who can walk into a home, understand what they're looking at, and get it right without needing to be walked through it.

The right fit for this role:

- Is genuinely familiar with residential construction and wiring common to Fredericton and the surrounding area, not just electrical work in general
- Takes pride in clean, thorough work and treats every home with respect




- Communicates clearly with clients and represents the company well
- Can be trusted to work independently once trained on our process
- Shows up reliably and takes ownership of the job

Who this isn't a fit for:

- Electricians whose hands on experience is primarily commercial, industrial, or from a very different housing market or building style than what we have here
- Anyone looking for a short term or transitional role

Compensation and hours:

- Starting at $35/hr for the right candidate
- 30 to 50 hours a week, with 30 hours guaranteed
- As the workload grows, the goal is to move toward a consistent 40 hour week with opportunities for overtime
