The ideal candidate

- Is currently registered with RECO
- Is motivated and self-directed
- Takes ownership of their business and client relationships
- Has strong communication and organizational skills
- Provides a high level of professionalism and client service
- Is comfortable prospecting and developing new business
- Is interested in continuing to develop their skills and business
- Values independence while still appreciating skilled brokerage support
