Terra Plumbing Inc. is looking for an experienced Licensed Service Plumber to join our growing service division.

We specialize primarily in condominium, high-rise residential and commercial service plumbing throughout Toronto and the GTA.

We’re looking for more than someone who simply completes service calls. We want a skilled, reliable team player who takes pride in their work, thinks through problems, communicates professionally and wants to grow with a company.

The right person will be comfortable working independently in the field, making sound decisions, troubleshooting complex plumbing issues and representing Terra Plumbing professionally with property managers, superintendents, tenants and customers.

At the same time, you’ll be an important part of a growing team. We’re looking for someone who is willing to share knowledge, support fellow plumbers, communicate with the office and contribute to a positive, professional team environment.

As our service division continues to grow, there will be opportunities for the right person to take on increased responsibility, lead other plumbers and grow into a Lead Service Plumber or Service Supervisor role.

What You'll Be Doing

- Plumbing service and emergency calls throughout Toronto and the GTA
- Leak investigations and troubleshooting
- Domestic water and riser shutdowns
- Replacement of isolation valves, PRVs, mixing valves and related equipment
- Copper soldering and ProPress installations
- Cast iron, copper, PVC, ABS and PEX repairs
- Drain cleaning and blockage diagnosis
- Kitchen and laundry stack cleaning
- Camera inspections
- Hot-water and recirculation troubleshooting
- Fixture repairs and replacements
- Pump and mechanical-room plumbing repairs
- Diagnosing problems and recommending practical solutions
- Communicating clearly with property managers, superintendents, tenants and customers




- Providing accurate job notes, photos and documentation from the field
- Keeping your service vehicle, tools and equipment clean and organized
- Taking ownership of assigned calls from start to finish
- Working collaboratively with the Terra Plumbing team and supporting fellow tradespeople when needed

What We're Looking For
- Ontario 306A Plumbing Certificate of Qualification
- Valid G driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Strong service and troubleshooting experience
- High-rise, condominium or commercial plumbing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and Ontario plumbing practices
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Skilled communication and customer service skills
- A strong team player who communicates well and works collaboratively
- Willingness to share knowledge and experience with other team members
- Reliable, organized and accountable
- Someone who takes pride in doing quality work—not just getting the job done
- Someone who is looking for long-term employment and an opportunity to grow

Experience with backflow prevention, drain equipment, camera/locating equipment, pumps, domestic hot-water systems and high-rise plumbing is an asset. The Person We're Looking For
