What You’ll Be Doing

Get ready to be at the center of the action:

- Fuel the production lines by staging and delivering raw materials

- Return and organize materials with precision and accuracy

- Navigate production schedules like a pro

- Keep the warehouse in top shape with proper put‑away processes

- Move finished products and line waste to the right spots

- Operate forklifts and box/roll clamps (training available!)

- Support cycle counts and bale technician duties

- Team up with production to meet operational needs

- Follow SOPs and uphold the highest safety standards

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll:

- Grade 12 diploma (or equivalent)





- Able to lift up to 85 lbs / 39 kg

- Ready for a 12‑hour continental rotation

- Solid communication skills — listening, speaking, writing

- High attention to detail

- Forklift certification (or the drive to get one!)

- A solid safety and attendance record

- A motivated, hands‑on attitude — team player AND independent worker
