Light Fixture Assembly + Production

Key Roles:

- Assemble LED light fixtures using hand tools.
- Assembly and prep tasks (including but not limited to sanding, drilling, and filing raw materials).
- Package light fixtures for shipping
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure that daily production and quality targets are met.

Required Skills:

- Attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to spend extended periods of standing, lifting up to 30 lbs, and repetitive tasks.
- Soldering skills and basic LED and electrical knowledge is a plus.
