Duties

- Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation are top-notch
- Cook a variety of dishes with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail in a busy kitchen environment
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health regulations
- Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline service
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including sanitizing surfaces and tools regularly
- Support the team during peak hours by managing multiple orders swiftly while maintaining high standards of food service




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Familiarity with meal preparation processes and kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated restaurant experience with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and positive attitude
