Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Candidates with restaurant experience, MINIMUM OF 4 YEARS experience as a line cook , and a strong understanding of food safety are encouraged to apply.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing workstations
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy hours




- Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations at all times
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years experience as a line cook on a fast paced kitchen environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
- Strong understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
- Passion for the food industry with a commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
