Job Summary

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation to support the kitchen team in creating delicious meals efficiently
- Cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence
- Support food handling procedures by maintaining proper hygiene, storage, and safety practices in line with food safety regulations
- Assist with food service tasks such as plating dishes,



refilling stations, and ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts to promote a safe and sanitary environment
- Help with general kitchen duties including dishwashing, waste disposal, and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Robust understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and execute meal preparation efficiently
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
- Good communication skills for coordinating with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
- Knowledge of serving procedures and customer service basics is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
