Job Type: Part-Time, PermanentSchedule: Evening and weekend shifts
Pay range $24.00–$26.00 perhour, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute high-quality Italian dishes with consistency and speed
- Work primarily on the pasta and sauté stations
- Assist on grill and prep stations as needed
- Prepare pasta, sauces, seafood, chicken, veal, and other Italian dishes
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service
- Assist with restaurant service, private events, and catering
- Maintain proper portioning, presentation, and food quality
- Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
- Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong Italian cuisine experience required
- Experienced on pasta and sauté stations required
- Experience with sauces, seafood, and grill
- Able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy kitchen
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and team-oriented
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
