Chicken N' Dough is looking for a reliable, energetic, and experienced Line Cook / Kitchen Team Member to join our fast-paced kitchen team. If you thrive in a high-energy environment, take pride in food quality, and know your way around commercial fryers and flat-top grills, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

- Operate commercial deep fryers and flat-top grills efficiently and safely during busy service rushes.
- Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to standard recipes and quality presentation guidelines.
- Manage food prep, portioning, and station restocking throughout shifts.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness across all kitchen stations.
- Follow proper closing and opening cleaning protocols for all equipment (filtering fryers, scraping and cleaning flat grills, sanitizing surfaces).
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure quick ticket turnaround and consistent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Mandatory Kitchen Experience:



Proven commercial kitchen or fast-casual line cook experience.
- Equipment Proficiency: Hands-on experience working directly with deep fryers and flat-top grills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under high-volume pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
