We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The Line

Cook will be responsible for preparing meals according to recipes and standards, ensuring timely service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely meal delivery
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation before serving




- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines related to food safety and sanitation standards
- Support inventory management by properly storing ingredients and supplies

Experience

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Strong understanding of the food industry practices related to cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
