Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Meadowbrook Golf Club. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that meet our members' expectations while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.




- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency.
