Line Cook/Prep Cook

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards

- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining high quality and presentation

- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times

- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring a safe kitchen environment

- Support the team during busy service hours by multitasking and staying focused

- Ensure all food served meets our quality standards and customer expectations

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key





- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety practices

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting

- Robust understanding of food handling regulations and hygiene standards

- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Basic serving skills are beneficial for understanding guest needs during service

- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment

Pay: $17.60-$19.60 per hour
