Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient preparation and presentation of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Support meal preparation during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders




- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food presentation and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food safety and sanitation

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and evenings
- Passion for the food industry with a desire to learn and grow professionally in culinary arts

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
