Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall food service process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, food safety, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants eager to learn and grow within the food industry.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety guidelines
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Ensure all food is stored correctly and inventory levels are maintained
- Assist with cleaning dishes, utensils,



and kitchen equipment as needed

Skills

- Experience in serving, food preparation, cooking, or food service environments preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or kitchen setting
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively with team members
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for cleanliness and safety
