About Us:

We’re a locally owned sourdough pizza restaurant that’s all about great food, good people, and genuine hospitality. Our team takes pride in what we do, from naturally fermented dough to fresh, seasonal ingredients, and we’re looking for a couple of Line Cook/Prep Cook with evening and weekend availability to join our team. If you love working in a supportive, fast-paced kitchen and care about quality, we’d love to have you on board.

What You’ll Do:

- Cook and prep dishes according to our recipes and standards.
- Handle daily prep — chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while keeping a positive attitude.
- Follow food safety and sanitation practices at all times.
- Communicate and collaborate with your coworkers to ensure smooth service.
- Help with prep lists, inventory, and kitchen organization as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous kitchen experience preferred (pizza or casual dining is a plus!).
- A genuine love of food and learning recent skills.
- Strong work ethic, reliability,



and attention to detail.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, positive environment.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
