Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for service
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by managing multiple orders simultaneously
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and storage protocols
- Collaborate with servers and front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent guest experiences
Qualifications
