As a Loans Analyst,you’llhelp drive salesteamsuccess by preparing high-quality credit submissions, completing complex loan administrationtasksand supporting strong customer relationships.

Whatyou’lldo

- Review customer information and prepare clear,accuratecredit submissions
- Establish conditions,covenantsand security requirements within approved guidelines
- Confirm all credit requests meet policy before moving them forward for approval
- Support Relationship Managers by analyzing structure, riskand customer needs
- Monitor loan compliance,



complete accountreviewsand process administrative requests
- Work directly with Credit Management to structure, assess and recommend loan terms
- Connect with customers as needed to clarify details or gatheradditionalinformation
- Research industry and enterprise trends to strengthenagricultureknowledge
- Collaborate with internal partners to serve customers effectively

Whatyou’llbring to the team

Requiredqualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business,economicsor agriculture
- Minimumfour years of experience in commercial lending(or a combination of education and experience)
- Solid understanding of agriculture and agribusiness financial structures
- Experienceassessingcomplex credit scenarios
- Proven ability to build effective partnerships with colleagues and customers
- Experience with portfolio management and loan administration
- Proficiencywith common software applications and financial analysis tools

Preferred qualifications:

- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
