Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the veterinary clinic, including staff scheduling, workflow management, and ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff to ensure high standards of care and service delivery.
- Foster positive client relationships and ensure outstanding customer service experiences, addressing client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, billing, and inventory control. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and enhance clinic visibility within the community.
- Ensure maintenance and upkeep of clinic facilities, equipment,
and supplies to provide a safe and functional environment for patients, staff, and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in veterinary practice management or equivalent leadership role preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client and staff relations.
- Knowledge of veterinary practices, procedures, and terminology.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary starting from $60,000 per year.
