Seeking a dedicated individual to join the Surgical Services team at Oak Valley Health. This role requires strong organizational skills to manage complex supply chains and equipment in the surgical workplace. You will ensure timely availability of surgical supplies and equipment, using your critical thinking abilities to enhance service quality across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage stock, non-stock, and consignment inventories
• Coordinate patient-specific equipment and supply needs
• Conduct routine physical inventory evaluations
• Analyze inventory utilization for effective cost savings
• Act as technical expert collaborating on RFP processes
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management
• Minimum of five years’ relevant hospital experience
• SCMP or APICS designation preferred
• Six Sigma/LEAN certifications are an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
