Take ownership as a Senior Analyst in Vendor Management based in Mississauga, Ontario. Lead vendor governance while engaging with senior technology leaders for impactful decisions.

In this senior individual contributor role, you will spearhead vendor governance workstreams and ensure technology partners meet performance and quality standards. Collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams, you'll address complex contractual matters and mentor junior analysts. This position offers exposure to enterprise-level initiatives and demands strong leadership in managing vendor performance and risks.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead vendor governance workstreams and performance reviews • Review contracts, vendor agreements, and identify risk reduction opportunities • Monitor vendor performance through KPIs, SLAs,



and reporting • Manage demand forecasting, procurement activities, and financial analysis • Develop SOPs and governance templates for process improvements

Requirements: • 5+ years in vendor management or IT procurement • Proven leadership in IT vendor governance • Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Ariba, or Workday • Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills for executive reporting • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
