Role Objective

This position is responsible for commanding the aircraft and crew in all phases of international flights, delivering a safe, smooth and customer-focused travel experience.

Summary of Responsibilities

- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and the safety of all passengers on board, from takeoff to landing.
- Support the assigned aircraft's flight schedule on an ad hoc basis.
- Develop expert knowledge of the aircraft, policies, standards and operating procedures.

Qualifications and Required Competencies

- Valid Canadian ATPL licence
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate




- Minimum of 17,000 total flight hours
- At least 100 hours on jet aircraft
- Minimum of 500 hours as pilot-in-command (CDB / PIC)
- Type rating CL3500
- Experience on the Challenger 3500 considered a major asset
- Candidates must meet ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted wholly or partly outside Canada
- International flight experience preferred
- Proven experience as a highly experienced pilot-in-command
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Willingness and ability to travel without restriction
