In this role, reporting to the Director, Commercial, you will manage a diverse range of contract negotiations, from service agreements to vendor engagements. Your ability to leverage AI technology will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of the legal team and the overall business. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and negotiate the entire sales-side pipeline
• Direct vendor contracting and coordinate risk assessments




• Serve as a main legal contact across various teams
• Innovate the contracting playbook using AI solutions
• Handle a wide portfolio of independent legal matters
Requirements:
• J.D. or LL.B. degree, eligible in Ontario
• At least 8 years of experience in technology transactions
• Proficient in SaaS agreements and contract types
• Enthusiasm for AI applications in legal work
• Proven ability to manage sensitive legal matters
