Key Responsibilities: • Provide nursing care to critically ill patients • Support stabilization until proper care is ensured • Mentor and guide preceptors and nursing staff • Act within nursing process protocols for care delivery • Engage with a multi-disciplinary team in patient care
Requirements: • RN must have 3 years in emergency/critical care • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) essential • Certification in ACLS and BLS required • Demonstrated ability in hemodynamic monitoring • Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making
