You'll assist the Grooming Supervisor in managing daily operations for the Grooming Department. Your role involves planning snowcat operations, overseeing snow removal, and providing mentorship to staff. You will maintain safety standards while coordinating with other departments to promote exceptional mountain access and effective base operations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee daily grooming department operations and staff performance • Plan and schedule snowcat grooming for optimal ski conditions • Manage snow removal for parking lots and resort infrastructure • Monitor machine productivity and operator performance regularly • Develop training standards and ensure safety compliance

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in snowcat grooming or snow removal • Experience with heavy equipment in winter conditions • Previous supervisory experience preferred • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required • High School Diploma and First Aid certification preferred
