Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day shipment coordination and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries using Uni-Fab drivers and outside carriers.
- Prepare packing slips, shipping documents, and shipping transactions in Epicor Kinetic ERP.
- Prepare and coordinate customs and corss-border shipping documentation s required.
- Monitor the Logistics inbox and coordinate shipping requests and instructions.
- Maintain the daily and upcoming shipment plan, including driver and carrier requirements.
- Work with Warehouse, Packaging, Production, Quality, and Project Management to ensure shipments are ready and accurate.
- Help ensure products loaded on trucks match packing slips and shipping instructions.
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues.
- Look for opportunities to improve freight utilization, reduce delays, and improve shipment flow.
- Help develop better Logistics processes and use available technology to reduce repetitive administrative work.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent with work experience.
- Previous expereince in shipping, logistics, dispatching, transportation, warehousing, or a similar coordinating role is preferred.
- Comfortable working with computers, email and business systems.




- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Abel to manage changing priorities in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience with customs, cross-border shipping, ERP systems, or transportation paperwork is an asset, but not required.
- Willing to learn new systems and look for practical ways to organize and improve the work.
