Join our dynamic transportation team as a Long Haul Class 1 Truck Driver (AB -BC Route), Local Class 1 Driver (BC), or Local 5 Ton Truck Driver in [Calgary], or Owner Operator This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate a variety of heavy-duty vehicles, delivering freight efficiently and safely across regional or local routes. Responsibilities

- Safely operate Class 1 trucks for long-distance or local freight deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Manage freight loading and unloading with precision, utilizing forklifts when necessary to handle cargo efficiently
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports to track shipments and vehicle maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate routes, delivery schedules,



and any unforeseen issues
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or 5-ton trucks with skill and confidence to handle diverse cargo types
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when minor mechanical issues arise during routes

Experience

- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with Class 1 or heavy-duty trucks
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety protocols in transportation environments
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and 5-ton trucks confidently
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics to address minor vehicle issues on the road is a plus
- Prior experience with heavy equipment operation enhances your versatility and value as a driver
