Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Uphold phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering inquiries.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery.




- Support team members during busy periods to maintain efficient operations.

Requirements

- Previous experience in guest services, food service, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualified phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A friendly demeanor, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
