Lot Attendant

As a Lot Attendant at Porsche Centre Markham you will be the driving force behind our lot's impeccable appearance and organization. You will work onsite in Markham, Ontario, and will greet and assist customers in the Service department. This is the perfect chance for someone looking to enter the automotive industry. Primary Responsibilities:

- Greet and direct customers in the service department.
- Understand verbal work orders and instructions.
- Read material such as detailed forms, standard memos or letters.
- Contact porters to support daily tasks.
- Ensure the coffee area is stocked and clean.
- Fill customer vehicles with windshield washer fluid.
- Wash vehicles after the service has been complete.
- Bring customer vehicles to an accessible parking spot available for pick up.
- Perform other tasks as needed by the Service Manager

Skills and Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in automotive field is an asset.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract.
- We require the ability to drive a manual transmission.

- Customer service skills
- Interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
