The Medical Sonographer will produce quality medical ultrasound images for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes upon the request of a physician, while ensuring the safety of patients, their family members, and staff. This position requires a thorough familiarity of all procedures performed within their discipline/specialty according to established protocol and guidelines. The Medical Pediatric Sonographer requires a higher level of competency, above the basic designation.
