Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience

Position: Full-Time | In-Office

We are hiring Logistics Coordinators across Canada to join a leading transportation company, We have opportunities available in three major markets across the country, with positions based out of our offices in Woodbridge, ON, Lachine, QC, and Port Coquitlam, BC.

Candidates will work in person from the office closest to their location. This is not a remote position.

We are looking for experienced logistics professionals with a robust background in FTL freight brokerage who can manage shipments from booking through final delivery.

Responsibilities

- Book and coordinate FTL shipments
- Track shipments from pickup through delivery
- Source, communicate with, and coordinate carriers




- Provide customers with shipment updates
- Manage pickup and delivery appointments
- Resolve delays, service issues, and shipment challenges
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
- Build strong relationships with customers and carriers

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator
- Must have FTL (Full Truckload) freight brokerage experience
- Strong knowledge of carrier and shipment coordination
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 annually, based on experience.
