Adecco is currently hiring a

Senior Distribution Associate

for a 6-month contract opportunity in Ottawa, ON. This role is ideal for an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in distribution compliance, quality processes, CAPA documentation, and logistics within a regulated environment.

In this position, you will support the overall compliance of the distribution function, oversee labeling activities, manage customer complaints and supply chain CAPAs, coordinate distribution priorities, and monitor key supply chain performance indicators.

$28.85 per hour

Responsibilities

Verify all labeling activities related to country-specific additional shipping labels and ensure 100% compliance.

Manage distribution priorities and assign tasks within the team related to cartridge packing and BR completion.

Organize morning and evening team huddles.

Manage, monitor, and report supply chain KPIs.

Review customer complaints related to product distribution, analyze identified issues, and conduct investigations.

Identify patterns and issues related to complaint trends and report findings accordingly.

Prepare detailed documentation outlining investigation summaries, findings, and conclusions.

Support Design Change Requests, validation, verification, and document change processes and approvals.

Generate, where required, and manage CAPA documentation, including ERs, PCs, CAs, PAs, and investigations for the Supply Chain Management team.

Act as the primary point of contact for QA and CAPA teams regarding applicable supply chain matters.

Support overall compliance requirements across distribution and supply chain activities.

Understand and comply with applicable Environmental, Health and Safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.





Safeguard the environment and contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace culture.

Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Undergraduate university degree from a four-year program or equivalent relevant experience in Supply Chain, CAPA, and Quality Record writing.

4+ years of related experience in a supply chain compliance role, preferably within the regulated medical device sector.

Strong understanding of distribution and logistics operations.

Knowledge of inventory management principles and processes.

Previous experience working within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment.

Experience with freight and material handling.

Experience with CAPA processes and quality documentation.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience using Power BI.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare accurate compliance and investigation documentation.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and CAPA teams.
