Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct intake and developmental assessments for families • Create individualized support plans and deliver in-home interventions • Adapt services based on family needs and developmental strategies • Complete necessary documentation and reporting for program standards • Lead transition planning and connect families to ongoing supports

Requirements: • Degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or related field • Experience with young children and their caregivers • Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally grounded practices • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for home visits • Satisfactory Police Information Check and First Aid/CPR certification
