Responsibilities

- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and other routine maintenance services efficiently and accurately
- Use hand tools and power tools to replace filters, belts, batteries, and perform minor repairs
- Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or products
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and communicate findings clearly to customers or management
- Lift heavy tires and automotive parts safely while adhering to safety protocols




- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use
- Support the team with basic vehicle repairs as needed, contributing to overall shop efficiency

Skills

- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools confidently
- Excellent customer service skills to engage with clients professionally and courteously
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly while following safety guidelines
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures and safety standards
- Effective communication skills for explaining technical information clearly
- Willingness to learn current skills and grow within the automotive industry
