We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Lube Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Lube Tech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our customers' vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance and longevity.

Job Title: Automotive Lube Technician

Responsibilities

- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various makes and models of vehicles.
- Check and top off fluid levels, including coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
- Inspect and replace oil, air, and cabin filters as needed.
- Conduct tire rotations and balance wheels to extend tire life and improve vehicle handling.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as battery checks, bulb replacements, and wiper blade replacements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and recommend additional maintenance or repairs to customers.
- Communicate effectively with the service team to address customer questions and concerns regarding their vehicles.




- Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.
- Ensuring the shop is clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Lube Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance.
- Familiarity with various types of vehicles and their specific lubrication requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
