Jiffy Lube Hollick Kenyon (16630-50st) is looking for reliable and experienced Lube Technicians to join our team.
We are hiring for technician positions with the potential for quick growth into management positions. As part of our internal‑growth approach, all leadership roles are earned through proven performance, teamwork, and technical ability.
We are currently expanding our supervisory team, and high‑performing technicians may be considered for a key‑holding supervisor position once they demonstrate strong knowledge, punctuality, and the ability to work well with staff.
Wage
Wages start at $18/hr for qualified candidates and will increase after attaining a supervisor position.
Overview
We are seeking individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a quick lube or automotive environment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical knowledge, experience with hand tools, and a commitment to customer service and safety.
This role involves performing routine vehicle maintenance—such as oil changes, fluid changes, filter changes and basic inspections—in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
Duties
- Perform oil changes, lubrication services, and basic inspections accurately and efficiently
- Use hand tools to complete maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications
- Assist with minor repairs and additional maintenance as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and answering questions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of quick lube, dealership, or mechanical experience preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive systems
- Proficiency with hand tools and shop equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team‑oriented environment with attention to detail
- Knowledge of automotive service standards and safety procedures
