Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery with precision, adhering to safety protocols and production standards
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed
- Manage inventory within the warehouse, including forklift operation for moving materials safely and efficiently
- Assist in setting up machinery for different production runs and making necessary adjustments during operation
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality control procedures to maintain product consistency
- Maintain a clean,
organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the shift
Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes
- Strong understanding of safety procedures within a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
