Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dependable Maintenance Labourer to join our energetic facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the upkeep and smooth operation of our manufacturing and facilities infrastructure. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure that equipment, machinery, and building systems are maintained at optimal levels.

This position offers an exciting chance to develop hands-on skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic technical tasks while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist with routine maintenance tasks across, including cleaning, and minor repairs
- Operate basic tools and equipment lawn mowers, hand tools, and ladders
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to prioritize tasks

Qualifications





- Previous experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Basic electrical experience and mechanical knowledge are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively follow instructions and document work
- Demonstrated leadership qualities or supervising experience is advantageous for growth opportunities
- Ability to operate tools safely, including hand tools, power tools
- A proactive attitude with a focus on customer service within internal teams and external contractors
